Once the order has been placed via online payment, you will receive a confirmation invoice from our end via email, within 24 hours.
All applications must be accompanied by the relevant fee. Payment in full must be received prior to the attendance of any course. In case of payment is not received in advance the participant will not be allowed to attend the training session. Payment can be done by Credit Card, Online Banking, and Cash to Beyond Basketball Academy.
For any injury, a medical certificate from the official health institution with a DHA stamp should be presented.
For injuries requiring more than 3 months rest or recovery period, a refund will be provided subject to a processing fee of 250 AED. Registration fee and uniform fee are non-refundable.
For injuries requiring less than 3 months recovery, a credit note valid for a year will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Once payment is received, registrations and or bookings cannot be canceled. No refunds will be offered/available for any canceled activities outside of the control of Beyond Basketball Academy (i.e. inclement weather, venue cancellation, pandemics, force majeure, maintenance, and National or Religious Holiday dates). In this particular case: a) BBA will organize substitute online classes at the same or any alternative venue. b) The credit note may be transferred to the next Term or School Year.
