Terms and Conditions:

1. All applications must be accompanied by the relevant fee. Payment in full must be received prior to the attendance of any course. In case payment is not received in advance the participant will not be allowed to attend the training session.
2. Payment can be done by Credit Card, Online Banking and Cash to Beyond Basketball Academy.
3. Once payment is received, registrations and or bookings cannot be cancelled.
4. No refunds will be offered/available for any cancelled activities outside of the control of Beyond Basketball Academy (i.e. inclement weather, venue cancellation, pandemics, force majeure, maintenance and National or Religious Holiday dates). In this particular case: a) BBA will organize substitute online classes at the same or any alternative venue. b) The credit note may be transferred to the next Term or School Year.
5. Applications by phone or by e-mail are not confirmed until receiving the payment.
6. The parents must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in sporting activities and accordingly accept all risks resulting from participants to Beyond Basketball Academy.
7. In the event that the participant needs medical attention during our training sessions, under these terms and conditions, the parent or guardian agree to us arranging any appropriate and necessary treatment.
8. We do not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury or loss of or damage to property.
9. The cost of any injury or damage caused by you to any participant of Beyond Basketball Academy will be passed to you.
10. Beyond Basketball Academy will offer makeup sessions to those participants who missed sessions due to illness/injury. A doctor’s note/certificate must be provided in order to redeem any missed sessions. This must be communicated and the Certificate from the official health institution must be provided.
11. The admin should be in line with the makeup classes. We must notify our office/admin to book for makeup classes so admins can save them a slot. Failure to notify us will lead to non-acceptance of your kids during the sessions. Beyond Basketball Academy will, however, reserve the right to offer a makeup session on a specific day and time to cover any cancelled classes.
12. If the scheduled makeup session is not attended, no refund or further credit note will be made available (makeup sessions must be completed within the same term)
13. We treat as a priority the safety and wellbeing of all kids attending our courses. We, therefore, reserve the right to remove from our sessions/activities without refund, any kid or parent/guardian found bullying, misbehaving or generally being disruptive.
14. Places on our sessions are limited. They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
15. All courses, activities, venues and arrangements are subject to change according to weather, programming and a satisfactory level of numbers.
16. During training sessions, no parent or guardian is allowed to be on field or talk without the coaches, if you want to talk with the coaches, please allow the coaches or manager to finish the session first.
17. When you visit ESM Academies premises or attend ESM Academies Programs, you may enter an area where photography and audio and video recordings may occur. By entering the ESM Academies premises or attending ESM Academies Programs, you consent to such photography and audio and video recording and you release ESM for any liability connected therewith. You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy while on the ESM Academies premises.

18. We reserve the right to cancel any courses and/or to change any information given, should this be necessary for any reason.

I hereby understand that sometimes videos and pictures can be taken during the session and I consent for such material to be used for marketing purpose
