The top basketball teams from schools in Dubai have gathered to compete at the Liv. Dubai Schools Games Basketball Championships at Dubai World Trade Center on the 1st, 5th, 7th and 8th of May 2023. Beyond Basketball Academy participated in the four-day event as part of the technical partners. 

Our team assisted in overseeing the flow of games during the U13 and U15 age group for both boys and girls division. In a round robin format, the teams competed for championships. 

Dubai Schools Games is an initiative launched by the Dubai Sports Council in consultation with the KHDA to promote physical and mental health well-being for all, and recognizes the growing contribution of sport for development and peace. It also incorporates the Sustainable Development Goals and the Agenda 2030, as well as empowers young people and communities to promote social inclusion and healthy lifestyles.

The Liv. Dubai Schools Games Basketball Championships is an in-person, 4-day event for U13 & U15 for girls & boys. Each age group has a maximum of 12 teams competing in the championship.
